Dhillon Taxis Terms and Conditions

1.2 By using our website or booking our taxi services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Service Provision

2.1 Dhillon Taxis provides taxi and private hire services for pre-booked journeys.

2.2 All bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

2.3 We strive to ensure punctual service; however, we are not liable for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, or mechanical issues.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

3.1 Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or through our mobile app (if available).

3.2 It is your responsibility to provide accurate details when making a booking, including the pick-up location, destination, and contact information.

5.2 Passengers must not cause damage to the vehicle or its contents. Any damage caused will result in a repair charge to be paid by the passenger.

5.3 We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated, abusive, or poses a safety risk to the driver or other passengers.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 While we endeavor to provide safe and reliable services, Dhillon Taxis shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the passenger during the journey, unless caused by the negligence of our drivers.

6.2 We are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings left in our vehicles. If you leave an item behind, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist with its recovery.

6.3 Our liability for any claim arising from the services provided shall not exceed the value of the fare paid for the journey in question.

7. Changes to Service

7.1 We reserve the right to modify or terminate any part of our services or these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
